Our Story
Wall Financial was founded in 1969 by Peter Wall, Co-Founder & Visionary Leader, whose journey from Ukrainian immigrant to one of Vancouver's most influential city-builders embodies determination, creativity, and a deep love for this region.
Under his leadership, the company has grown into a trusted, long-term developer and property manager across Metro Vancouver: delivering over 30,000 homes, including more than 15,000 rental units, thousands of single-family lots, 10,000+ condominiums, and two major hotels.
Today, as we evolve into a new chapter, we honour his spirit of innovation, stewardship, and generosity, guiding our growth with the same principles he built this company on.

Wall Financial Corporation celebrates the life and legacy of Founder Peter Wall
As one of Vancouver’s most respected entrepreneurs and philanthropists, Peter Wall was instrumental in re-imagining and building Vancouver’s modern skyline. He shaped many of the City’s and Metro Vancouver’s most recognized neighbourhoods with the development of over 30,000 housing units and the largest hotel in Western Canada, the Wall Centre.
Peter Wall’s commitment to and love of Vancouver and its important community institutions was a focus of his life and ambitions. Through his real estate development and philanthropy, he created four public theatre/performance spaces, childcare facilities, the restoration of historically important buildings and one of the most significant Canadian academic scholarship funding programs at the University of British Columbia.
Peter’s legacy is woven into the very fabric of Vancouver. His bold vision, boundless generosity and unwavering commitment to excellence has left an indivisible mark on the City he so deeply loved.
Bruno is the Chief Executive Officer of Wall Financial Corporation. With the leadership and guidance of our Co-Founder, Peter Wall, Bruno has overseen many of the Company's most significant development projects, including the award-winning Wall Centre in Downtown Vancouver.

Simon is a senior operations leader with nearly two decades of experience across hospitality, real estate operations, accounting, and facilities management. As President and Co-General Manager of Wall Centre Hotels, he oversees operational performance and strategic initiatives across the Company's hospitality assets while supporting broader operational priorities.
Darcee is the Vice President of Wall Properties, overseeing the management of the company's rental property portfolio consisting of over 1,500 residential units and 40 commercial units. She has extensive expertise across all facets of the business, with a deep understanding of residential property operations, property renovations and portfolio management.
Marion is the Corporate Controller at Wall Financial Corporation, bringing more than 20 years of experience in accounting, finance, and regulatory compliance. Since joining the company in 2021, she has strengthened financial oversight and reporting while supporting the organization's continued growth.
Prior to joining the Company, Marion held senior finance roles with publicly listed companies, including a TSX-listed real estate investment trust with hotel assets totaling more than $1.1 billion USD.
Ryan serves as Vice President of Financial Analysis and Strategic Corporate Projects. He works across divisions and departmental boundaries within the Company to advance operational improvements and strategic initiatives. Over his 20 years with the organization, Ryan acts as a change agent for operational improvements that drive growth and cost efficiency.
Sean is a seasoned hospitality leader with nearly three decades of experience delivering exceptional guest experiences and driving revenue growth. As Vice President and Co-General Manager of Wall Centre Hotels, he oversees strategic operations and sales performance across the brand's flagship properties, bringing deep expertise in Vancouver's meetings, events, and tourism markets.
Armin serves as the Chief Security Officer at Wall Financial Corporation, bringing more than two decades of experience in the security industry. He has played a key role in strengthening security operations across the organization with the continued development of the Company's safety and risk management programs.
