Completed in 2017, 1105 Seymour is a 15-storey affordable housing building at 1105 Seymour Street in Downtown Vancouver. Initiated and developed by Wall Financial Corporation as a Community Amenity Contribution from the rezoning of 1300 Richards Street, the building provides 81 units of affordable housing and 22,000 sq ft of social services space. The LEED Gold certified property was transferred to the City of Vancouver and is leased to Positive Living Society of BC.
