Crofton Lands is a proposed redevelopment of the 5.6-acre Crofton Manor site at 2803 West 41st Avenue in Vancouver's Kerrisdale neighbourhood. Wall Financial Corporation has partnered with Revera Living to pursue a mixed-use development that will include a renewed seniors care facility, market and non-market residential housing, and community amenities. The project is currently in the planning and development stage.
