Fortune House is a 12-storey reinforced concrete building at 1010 Howe Street in Downtown Vancouver. Originally constructed in 1982 for commercial use, the building was converted to residential strata units in 1996. Wall Financial Corporation purchased the building in 2006 and offered the 130 individual units to the public. Features include 9.5-foot ceilings, penthouse suites on the top floor, and ground-floor retail.
