Completed in 2018, Hastings & Gore is an 11-storey mixed-use development at 288 East Hastings Street, built in partnership between Wall Financial Corporation and BC Housing. The project provides 172 suites of affordable housing, including 104 units of non-market housing and 68 affordable rental apartments, together with 6,000 sq ft of social services space. This development represents Wall Financial's commitment to community-focused housing in Vancouver's Downtown Eastside.
