Completed in 2013, Wall Centre False Creek is a four mid-rise tower multi-family residential project comprising 561 units across towers of 18 and 14 storeys. The development includes a cultural amenity space consisting of a 200-seat black box theatre and 20,000 sq. ft. of administrative space, all transferred to the City of Vancouver as a Community Amenity Contribution. These facilities are now leased to the Bard on the Beach Society and the Arts Club.
